Real estate agents often manage multiple active clients in various stages of the home purchasing process using an assortment of outdated and non-collaborative tools for property search, CRM, communication, and task management.
For clients, buying a home is a daunting process. With various third party services, multiple transaction deadlines, and tons of financial and legal jargon. It can be hard for a first time homebuyer to navigate this process confidently.
